I have successfully worked an improvement agenda with over 100 schools across Australia and internationally.
To be invited to visit and work with schools and school leadership teams is the greatest privilege. I use a curious stranger approach which is an appreciative inquiry method. My experience, expertise and success enable me to work with diverse teams to increase their understanding, communication and to improve their performance and outcomes. My experience, expertise and success in improving learning outcomes can be used in a multitude of ways.
Services include
- working with leadership on strategic planning
- provide consulting advice around school operations
- walk and talk with leaders (and leadership teams) around design and utilization of school space
- support leaders and their teams with the analysis of data
- presentations and workshops on matters such as Senior Secondary, Curriculum Redesign, Project Based Learning, 1:1 programs. These can be tailor-made for the setting as one-off sessions or a series.
